Abstract
Perovskite-based lasers are emerging as promising candidates for next-generation light sources, owing to their low lasing thresholds and tunable emission. In this study, we demonstrate ultralow-threshold lasing (35 μJ/cm²) from vacuum-deposited CsPbBr₃ thin films. By incorporating distributed feedback (DFB) structures, we harness amplified spontaneous emission (ASE) to realize stable lasing. Transitioning from 1D to 2D DFB architectures significantly improves optical confinement and output intensity. Spatially resolved photoluminescence and k-space imaging reveal the underlying feedback mechanisms and loss channels, highlighting the importance of optical design optimization for scalable, high-performance perovskite lasers.
