Abstract
Tactile sensory neuromorphic displays offer an energy-efficient alternative to conventional displays with limited interactivity. Here, we demonstrate a neuromorphic tactile visual display for real-time tracking of finger rehabilitation. The system integrates a polymer-based electrochemical transistor (OECT) with an elastomeric tactile receptor and an electrochemiluminescent (ECL) ion-gel layer, enabling direct transduction of repetitive mechanical stimuli into immediate visual outputs. Finger flexion induces ion transport that modulates channel conductivity and triggers corresponding optical signals. The device operates at ultra-low power (~34 μW), highlighting its suitability for compact, wearable healthcare applications. This work presents a viable platform for personalized monitoring and rehabilitation, underscoring the potential of neuromorphic tactile displays for next-generation interactive wearables.
