Abstract
Skin-like wearable bioelectronics require stable adhesion, benign detachment, stretchability, and self-healability. However, most self-healable adhesive electronics suffer from excessive flowability and poor structural stability. Here, we present a reflow-controlled, biocompatible double-layered cephalopod-inspired adhesive electrode with autonomous self-healing. A composite of single-walled carbon nanotubes and supramolecular polymers forms reinforced nanostructures, enabling a soft modulus (~425 kPa) with dimensional stability under underwater, pressure, and mild thermal conditions for over 7 days. The programmed adhesive interface provides robust adhesion on wet, rough, and dynamic surfaces. Reliable electrocardiogram and electromyogram signal acquisition and robotic manipulation are demonstrated under dynamic, swollen, aged, and healed conditions.
