Abstract
Organic photodetectors (OPDs) have garnered significant attention for wearable optoelectronic applications. Recently, as wearable platforms increasingly demand richer spectral information, multi-channel OPDs have emerged as promising candidates capable of resolving multiple wavelength channels from a single, space-limited on-skin location. However, existing multi-channel OPD architectures face key limitations: bias-switchable devices cannot acquire signals simultaneously, while previously reported stacked structures suffer from optical crosstalk and are typically fabricated on rigid substrates. Here, we present vertically stacked, skin-conformal double OPDs that enable fully isolated visible and near-infrared (NIR) detection at a single on-skin location. By leveraging crosstalk-free dual-wavelength sensing, the device reliably records oxygen saturation levels even under motion conditions, and further demonstrates dual-wavelength optical communication.
