Abstract
Currently, lithium-ion batteries are in increasing need in many fields. However, liquid electrolytes are unstable due to dendrite generation at high voltages. Solid electrolyte batteries are being actively studied to improve this limitation. However, in the case of a solid electrolyte, stability is good, but it has a limit of low conductivity. In this study, a copolymer aimed at increasing stability due to inhibition of dendrite growth of polymer electrolytes, increasing the degree of ions due to introduction with the thiolate group, and increasing solubility with lithium salts is introduced as electrolytes. The introduction of the thiolate group and the carbonate group is expected to increase higher ionic conductivity and output through smooth interaction with lithium ions, and it is expected to increase the structural stability of the electrolyte and prevent degradation and decomposition at the electrode-electrolyte interface.
