Abstract
Traditional micro-manufacturing often relies on passive processes that decouple fabrication from characterization, necessitating ex-situ inspection and limiting real-time process control. This presentation introduces an "autonomous smart microlab" platform that integrates digital light writing with real-time optical feedback to achieve active, programmable control over microscale phenomena. We demonstrate the versatility of this system through two distinct applications: the seamless manufacturing of microlens arrays (MLAs) and the active programming of crystallization. By unifying fabrication, characterization, and qualification within a single optical platform, the autonomous smart microlab paves the way for future AI-assisted manufacturing of novel functional materials.
