내용
Chiral hybrid perovskites (CHPs) exhibit circular dichroism (CD) and chiral-induced spin selectivity (CISS), which are key chiroptical and spin-dependent transport properties. Most studies on lead-free CHPs focus on their chiroptical properties, while investigations of their CISS effects remain limited. To expand the scope of lead-free CHP-based spintronics, we synthesized tellurium-based CHPs. Here, we report (R/S-NEA)2TeBr6 (NEA = 1-(2-naphthyl)ethylammonium) CHPs that exhibit both CD and CISS effects, with CISS directly probed by magnetic conductive-probe atomic force microscopy (mCP-AFM). These findings highlight tellurium-based, lead-free CHPs as a viable platform for chiral spintronic applications.
