내용
In this study, a self-healable and reprocessable gel polymer electrolyte (GPE) based on a thermo-reversible Diels–Alder (DA) mechanism was developed. The system consists of a poly(MMA/2-EHA/FMA) random acrylate copolymer and bismaleimide-modified Jeffamine. Incorporation of a DA-based reversible crosslinking network enabled autonomous damage recovery and reprocessability, while the ether groups in the Jeffamine backbone provided pathways for lithium-ion conduction. Thermo-mechanical properties were characterized using a UTM and DSC. The relationship between electrochemical performance and the Jeffamine chain length was investigated by EIS, LSV, and CV. Self-healing performance was evaluated via a scratch-healing test, and the viscoelastic behavior was analyzed by DMA.
