Thermoplastic polyether-ester elastomer (TPEE) is a high-performance engineering elastomer widely used in automotive, electronic, and industrial applications due to its excellent mechanical properties, durability, and lightweight nature. In this study, a bio-based reinforcing agent was incorporated into the TPEE matrix to improve its physical performance. However, polarity mismatch between the reinforcing agent and the polymer matrix resulted in poor dispersion. To address this issue, an interfacial modification strategy using a compatibilizing agent was employed to enhance interfacial adhesion and dispersion. The effects of optimized processing conditions on mechanical properties and microstructural characteristics were systematically investigated, demonstrating the potential of this approach for developing high-performance and environmentally sustainable polymer composites.
