내용
To realize large-area, high-density organic electronic devices, we propose a solvent diffusion–based soft lithography micropatterning process using C8-BTBT single-crystal thin films. The films were grown by drop-casting and patterned into prism-shaped microstructures via solvent diffusion through a PDMS mold. By precisely controlling pressure, temperature, and contact time, the pattern width and depth were continuously tuned, enabling diverse geometries using a single mold. The process offers rapid patterning and compatibility with continuous fabrication. The patterned single crystals were integrated into organic thin-film transistors and electrically characterized using a Keithley 4200. This scalable approach enables systematic geometric control while preserving crystallinity, providing a practical route toward large-area, high-density organic electronics.
