Polymerization-Induced Self-Assembly (PISA) is a leading technique for synthesizing amphiphilic block copolymers. While linear architectures are well-documented, the influence of miktoarm topologies on morphological evolution remains underexplored. This study investigates the precise morphological control of miktoarm copolymers via aqueous photo-initiated PISA. By modulating the branching of hydrophilic macroinitiators, we demonstrate that topological steric hindrance critically modifies the packing parameter during hydrophobic chain extension. This induces unique phase behaviors and curvature preferences distinct from linear analogs. 

Furthermore, Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) reveals that the temporal control of photo-PISA facilitates the isolation of intermediate morphologies, from spheres to vesicles. This work establishes polymer topology as a decisive element in nanostructure design, broadening the scope of PISA for advanced soft material applications.
