Circularly polarized light (CPL) detection is essential for advanced photonic and spintronic technologies, yet most chiral perovskite based devices rely on low dimensional structures, which limit optical absorption, charge transport, and operating wavelength. Here, we report an automated fabrication strategy for 3D / chiral 2D perovskite heterostructures using a automation platform. The resulting films combine the superior optoelectronic properties of 3D perovskites with strong chiroptical activity and exhibit circular dichroism extending into the near infrared region. CPL detectors based on these heterostructures demonstrate efficient NIR CPL detection up to 786 nm with improved device performance and reproducibility.
