A stable roll-to-roll (R2R) process for flexible perovskite solar cells (PSCs) is essential for scalable manufacturing. This study demonstrates an R2R PSC manufacturing system combining perovskite deposition with intensive pulsed light (IPL) annealing. Enhanced conversion of PbI₂ to perovskite under R2R conditions was achieved using IPL annealing and additive engineering, resulting in improved film quality. As a result, R2R two-step processed flexible PSCs achieved a power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 16.87%. Initial hysteresis was effectively reduced by a dual-annealing process consisting of IPL annealing followed by brief thermal heating. Using this optimized process, flexible PSC modules with an active area of 10 × 10 cm² achieved a PCE of 11.25%. These results demonstrate a scalable R2R approach for flexible PSC modules.
