To address the limitations of invasive surgeries and non-specific drug therapies in cardiovascular care, we developed an injectable, multifunctional soft electronic catheter (e-catheter) by embedding metallic nanowires within a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) matrix. This platform combines high electrical conductivity and low impedance with tissue-like stretchability, allowing for minimally invasive deployment via needle injection to ensure a seamless mechanical interface with the dynamic heart. Beyond high-fidelity cardiac signal sensing and effective pacing, the hollow-core structure enables localized pharmacological delivery and fluid management, as demonstrated through in vivo rhythm modulation and arrhythmia suppression. By integrating sensing, stimulation, and targeted therapy into a single, clinically translatable device, this soft e-catheter offers a versatile and precision-driven strategy for next-generation cardiovascular interventions.
