Efficient dyes adsorption by SA/PVA/GO@Fe-Ac composite hydrogels prepared via electrospraying

The rapid growth of industry has led to serious water pollution caused by synthetic organic dyes, which has become a major global environmental problem. These dyes pose significant risks to ecosystems.
In this study, sodium alginate/polyvinyl alcohol/graphene oxide/iron-amino clay (SA/PVA/GO@Fe-Ac) composite hydrogels were successfully fabricated via electrospraying. The as-prepared SA/PVA/GO@Fe-Ac composite hydrogels were used as adsorbents to remove crystal violet and congo red organic dyes from aqueous solutions.
