Peripheral nerve injury often causes motor and sensory impairments. While guidance conduits support axonal growth, mimicking tissue properties remains challenging. Here, we present a conductive, adhesive nerve bandage using a phenylborate-tethered hydrogel to enhance conductive polymer doping. Comprising electrospun hyaluronic acid microfibers coated with in situ polymerized polypyrrole, the bandage utilizes phenylborate groups for high pyrrole adsorption. This ensures tissue-like stretchability and adhesiveness without cracking. In a rat crush model, the sutureless bandage promoted regeneration by restoring electrical transmission, enabling functional recovery and preventing muscle atrophy. This bandage offers a promising platform for nerve repair and biomedical device integration.
