Despite substantial progress in perovskite light-emitting diodes (PeLEDs), efficient blue PeLEDs remain challenging because few hole-transport materials (HTMs) simultaneously provide suitable energy-level alignment and efficient hole transport. Here, we introduce OctMef, a fluorene-expanded arylamine polymeric HTM, as an alternative to TFB for blue PeLEDs based on CsPb(Br/Cl)3 perovskite quantum dots. OctMef is engineered by incorporating rigid 9,9-dimethylfluorenyl substituents into a TFB-derived backbone, yielding a more than 20-fold increase in hole mobility relative to TFB and enabling improved charge balance. Consequently, OctMef-based devices deliver an EQE of 5.09% at 485 nm (more than twofold higher than TFB) and a reduced turn-on voltage of 2.29 V versus 3.06 V for TFB. These results underscore polymer structural expansion as an effective strategy to overcome HTM limitations in blue PeLEDs.
