We report a supramolecular strategy to overcome the intrinsic conductivity constraints of polyester-based SPEs by integrating para-phenylenediamine (pPD) as a hydrogen-bonding and anion-trapping motif. A family of six polyesters was synthesized and complexed with pPD, yielding SPEs with enhanced lithium-ion transport and mechanical integrity. The pPD units immobilize TFSI⁻ anions, increasing the lithium-ion transference number by ~20%. Remarkably, conductivity enhancement strongly depends on the orientation of adjacent carbonyl dipoles within the polymer backbone. Polyesters with parallel dipole alignment exhibit over twofold increases in ionic conductivity, whereas those with anti-parallel alignment show negligible improvement. Among them, poly(n-pentyl malonate)–pPD achieves 1.094 mS cm⁻¹ at 80 °C and a lithium-ion conductivity of 0.816 mS cm⁻¹, representing 296% and 357% enhancements, respectively.
