Ferroelectric polymers such as P(VDF-TrFE) are promising candidates for stretchable capacitors and flexible memory devices. However, their performance is often hampered by low remanent polarization (Pr) and difficulty in stabilizing the polar β-phase under deformation. To overcome these obstacles, we engineered a highly stretchable ferroelectric composite by directly incorporating amine-functionalized graphene oxide (AGO) into an elastic matrix of P(VDF-TrFE) blended with PEG diamine. This single-step blending strategy simplifies the fabrication process and promotes uniform molecular interactions throughout the material, effectively enhancing dipole alignment and β-phase orientation. This design addresses previous material limitations, resulting in a substantial improvement in Pr compared to pristine counterparts. This approach offers a valuable and scalable solution for developing high-performance stretchable ferroelectrics for next-generation wearable electronics.
