Soft electronics are important for wearable, soft robotic, and implantable devices, but elastomer blending can interrupt charge transport and limit ionic access. Here, a backbone-anchored crosslinking additive (DBr-PDMS) is introduced to improve robustness without elastomer dilution. OM/AFM imaging and solvent flushing confirm crack suppression and formation of an insoluble network, while in situ GIWAXS supports stabilized molecular coherence under strain. Ion-gel-gated transistors with crosslinked PTB7-Th retain electrochemical coupling and transistor performance close to pristine devices and operate stably up to 100% strain, whereas SEBS-blended controls show clear penalties. A 5×5 transistor array shows uniform characteristics. Finally, a stretchable circuit-based sensor links deformation to output current for real-time Bluetooth status reporting and solenoid actuation, demonstrating a system-level proof of concept.
