Single-strand coaxial fiber-shaped supercapacitors (FSCs) significantly reduce device size and weight, enabling seamless textile integration with high performance for e-textile energy storage. Using a horizontal meniscus coating strategy, we fabricate FSCs and modules directly on nylon fibers, achieving superior performance compared with conventional vertical methods. Ag NWs enable efficient current collection, PEIE improves interfacial stability, MXene/PEDOT:PSS serves as the active electrode, and PVA/H₃PO₄ acts as the gel electrolyte, sealed with UV-curable NOA 63. A 100 µm electrode gap is formed by inline laser etching. The FSCs deliver a high gravimetric capacitance of 116.2 F g⁻¹ at 0.2 A g⁻¹ and retain 90% capacitance after 20,000 cycles under extreme conditions. A 100-unit series module outputs a stable 100 V, highlighting strong potential for scalable wearable energy storage.
