Hybrid supraparticles composed of polymer cores and inorganic nanoparticle shells are commonly fabricated through wet chemical routes that require surface modification. Here, we report a solvent-free mechanophysical strategy for assembling core/shell hybrid supraparticles via collision-driven particle interactions. Mechanical impacts combined with modulus mismatch enable stable attachment of inorganic nanoparticles onto polymer microparticles without coupling agents. This method is applicable to various polymer and inorganic particles and allows multiple nanoparticle types to be integrated onto a single core. As a demonstration, the resulting supraparticles exhibit effective pollutant removal and facile magnetic recovery. This collision-induced dry assembly provides a scalable route for heterogeneous hybrid particle design.
