Inkjet printing offers a scalable and material-efficient route for OLED fabrication, yet solution-processed PHOLEDs are often limited by interfacial instability and solvent incompatibility under ambient conditions. In this work, we demonstrate a high-performance, HTL-free PHOLED fully fabricated in air using eco-friendly inks. A dual self-assembled monolayer modification of the ITO anode enables efficient charge injection without conventional hole-transport layers, while an environmentally benign binary solvent system suppresses the coffee-ring effect and improves film uniformity. Combined with a newly designed heteroleptic Ir(III) emitter optimized for ink compatibility and charge transport, the devices achieve a record external quantum efficiency of 16.8% under ambient inkjet printing, establishing a new benchmark for printed PHOLEDs.
