Achieving carbon neutrality demands high-performance polymers that are both durable and recyclable. Conventional thermosets, however, suffer from irreversible fatigue and lack recyclability. This study presents disulfide-based dynamic covalent polymer systems to overcome these limitations. We synthesized multi-dynamic networks exhibiting "vitrimer-like" behavior. Under stimuli, disulfide bond exchange activates, providing: (1) Self-healing capability, which autonomously repairs micro-damages to extend service life; and (2) Reprocessability, enabling the recycling of cross-linked matrices and recovery of reinforcements. Results confirm these polymers maintain superior mechanical performance while enabling a circular economy. This research offers a sustainable alternative to traditional thermosets, bridging the gap between performance and environmental responsibility.
