Abstract
This presentation provides an overview of recent breakthroughs in targeted anticancer therapeutics. The presentation highlights the rational design and application of peptide-drug conjugates (PDCs) and peptide-based therapeutics as innovative strategies for selective drug delivery and tumor targeting. Key elements of biopharmaceutical development, including delivery system optimization and linker engineering, will also be discussed. Furthermore, the lecture introduces emerging modalities such as mRNA-based cancer vaccines and other next-generation immunotherapies shaping the future of precision oncology. Designed for graduate students, researchers, and faculty in biotechnology, pharmaceutical sciences, and related fields, the lecture offers both foundational insights and recent advances to inspire future directions in cancer biotherapeutics.
