Abstract

Skin-integrated wearable bioelectronics hold significant promise for continuous health monitoring and personalized therapy. However, achieving robust, repeatable, and permeable adhesive interfaces with omnidirectional stretchability remains challenging due to issues such as delamination, interfacial voids, and signal degradation under continuous skin deformation. Here, we present a highly adaptable skin-adhesive bioelectronic interface that integrates a conductive softened double-layered octopus-inspired adhesive nanocomposite with a kirigami-based metastructure (cs-OIA_k). This structure offers stable electrical performance (ΔR/R₀ < 10 over 10,000 cycles), skin-like mechanical compliance, omnidirectional stretchability (up to 200%), and robust, repeatable adhesion (>10,000 cycles). The device enables reliable acquisition of ECG and EMG signals on dynamically deforming skin (−30% to 100%).
