Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) are widely utilized in electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding materials due to their excellent electrical conductivity and lightweight nature. In this study, we propose a composite film for EMI shielding by wrapping CNTs with a conjugated polymer and introducing an azide-functionalized crosslinker (4Bx). The crosslinker was thermally activated to form a covalently crosslinked network, which enhanced the mechanical properties of the film, including tensile strength and modulus. To further improve the electrical conductivity and EMI shielding effectiveness (EMI SE), molecular dopants such as F4TCNQ and AuCl₃were applied. Notably, the film maintained stable conductivity even after crosslinking, indicating that mechanical reinforcement was achieved without compromising electrical performance. This strategy enables the development of lightweight, mechanically robust, and high-performance composite films for practical EMI shielding applications.
