Soft triboelectric nanogenerators (TENGs) offer promising solutions for powering wearable devices through mechanical energy harvesting, but achieving both high stretchability and stable electrical output remains challenging. This work presents a highly deformable TENG incorporating double-network ionic hydrogels as stretchable electrodes and Ecoflex embedded with high-dielectric nanoparticles as the triboelectric layer. The double-network design provides exceptional mechanical robustness while maintaining ionic conductivity. The device demonstrates remarkable stretchability up to 400% strain while maintaining functionality, generating approximately 100 V output voltage at 100% strain and achieving 2.15 W/m² power density. The TENG successfully detects human motion, demonstrating potential for self-powered healthcare monitoring and wearable electronics applications.
