Stricter global regulations, such as CMR substance restrictions and ELV directives, are accelerating the transition toward sustainable specialty polymers. This study presents the development of CMR-free, environmentally compliant polymer systems utilizing dynamic polymer networks (DPNs) based on covalent adaptive chemistry. These materials exhibit thermal reprocessability, self-healing, and closed-loop recyclability, making them suitable for applications in foams, films, and structural sheets. By enabling depolymerization and selective additive removal, these systems support circular economy goals without compromising performance. The approach offers a versatile platform for designing next-generation specialty materials for automotive, electronics, and packaging sectors, aligning functionality with regulatory and environmental demands
