Thermoplastic polyester elastomer(TPEE) is a high-performance material with excellent mechanical properties and environmental resistance, widely used in various applications such as automotive, electronics and industrial components. In this study, TPEE was reinforced with eco-friendly fillers, cellulose nanofiber(CNF) and biosilica to enhance its physical properties. However, due to the hydrophilic nature of CNF and biosilica, achieving uniform dispersion within the hydrophobic TPEE matrix was challenging, which limited the performance of the resulting composites. To overcome this issue, TPEE was chemically modified to improve its compatibility with the hydrophobic fillers, leading to enhanced dispersion. The modified TPEE composites exhibited property variations depending on the filler content. Mechanical property evaluation and morphological analysis confirmed that the chemical modification had a positive effect on both filler dispersion and composite performance.
