Energy efficiency and environmental sustainability are critical objectives in modern technology. Developing cooling solutions that minimize energy use is essential to tackle overheating in electronics and reduce building cooling demands. In this study, a multifunctional nanofibrous membrane with a sandwich structure was fabricated for passive radiative cooling and electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding. PVDF-HFP was blended with silica nanoparticles (SiO2) or multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) and electrospun into two mats: PVDF-HFP/SiO(A) and PVDF-HFP/MWCNT (B). These mats were laminated into an A-B-A structure. The membranes were characterized by SEM, EDS, and FTIR, and cooling performance was evaluated using infrared thermal imaging. Reflectance and EMI shielding efficiency were measured via UV-vis-NIR spectroscopy and shielding tests. This design integrates thermal and electrical functionalities, offering a sustainable solution for energy-efficient applications.
