Chirality is crucial for understanding biological structure and function, influencing selectivity and specificity in biological processes. Chiral inorganic particles hold promise as artificial biomaterials that mimic natural chirality. Here, we present a controlled synthesis of chiral bimetallic nanoparticles, where Pd is deposited on chiral Au nanobipyramids (AuNBPs) to form chiral plasmonic nanozymes. By tuning Pd growth with stabilizers (CTAC, CTAB), we reveal how Pd crystalline morphology impacts chiroptical properties. This approach provides a simple, efficient route to chiral AuNBPs@Pd with high g-factors, stability, and peroxidase-like activity. These findings offer a versatile strategy for creating biomimetic chiral nanomaterials with broad applications.
