Fiber-shaped wearable electronics enable continuous monitoring by integrating electronic functions into textiles. For real-world use, these fibers must be conductive, stretchable, durable, multifunctional, and washable. However, complex fabrication and limited waterproofing hinder commercialization. Here, we present a simple method using common materials to create stretchable, conductive, and tunable fibers (SCFTFs) that function as both strain sensors and conductive threads, without chemical modifications or adhesives. SCFTFs achieve conductivities up to 10³ S/cm, retain performance under 100% strain with waterproof coating, and remain stable after washing. By adjusting the coating, the gauge factor can be tuned for use in wearable sensors and e-textiles. This approach offers a practical solution for developing multifunctional, washable conductive fibers.
