Heat storage systems using phase-change materials (PCM) are gaining attention for thermal energy harvesting. In this study, we synthesized thermally conductive reactive mesogens (TCRM) and heat storage mesogens (HSM) with high latent heat. To fabricate smart heat-managing TCRM–HSM polymer alloys, the composition and polymerization temperature were optimized using phase diagram analysis and thermal performance data. Phase-separated HSM domains within the TCRM network enable passive thermal energy storage. Through morphological and thermal analysis, it was confirmed that the heat storage capacity of the polymer alloys is related to the size of the phase-separated HSM domain. This polymer alloy exhibits high thermal conductivity (1.38 W/mK), enhanced latent heat (62.8 J/g).
