Physiological fluid monitoring plays a critical role in enabling personalized healthcare, early diagnosis, and effective disease management. In this talk, I will present recent advances in wearable and implantable bioelectronics designed for real-time physiological fluid monitoring. First, I will introduce a wearable bioimpedance-based device developed for noninvasive, real-time monitoring of breast milk volume during lactation. This platform was validated through human clinical studies, demonstrating its potential to support infant health. Second, I will discuss a fully implantable bladder function monitoring system. This device was evaluated over an extended period in rodent and non-human primate models, offering a reliable tool for tracking post-surgical recovery in bladder cancer patients. Together, these innovations highlight the transformative potential of bio-integrated electronics to enable continuous, seamless, and patient-centered health monitoring.
