Recyclable conjugated polymers are important role in applying eco-friendly electronics due to their advantages in solution processability and flexibility. In this study, we have developed a recyclable conjugated polymer, PY-TIP, where a key monomer can be efficiently extracted through a mild depolymerization process and then reused to synthesize novel conjugated polymers. Notably, we successfully demonstrated the one-shot preparation of a polymer acceptor and its bulk-heterojunction (BHJ) using the recycled monomer, Y5-TA, for the first time. The resulting BHJ film exhibited an optimal nanoscale morphology, enhancing charge generation and transport efficiency. As a result of these efforts, solar cells prepared using the BHJ film achieved a higher efficiency of 13.08% and displayed significantly improved thermal and mechanical stability compared to those based on small molecular acceptors. Moreover, this strategy effectively enhances the thermal and mechanical stability of the BHJ film while achieving high photovoltaic performance.
