Recent research has focused on improving all-polymer solar cells(APSCs)' power conversion efficiency and stability and utilizing non-halogenated solvents to replace toxic halogenated solvents. To improve the power conversion efficiency and stability of APSCs, it is essential to precisely observe and control the 3D structure of the active layer. To analyze the 3D structure of the active layer, observation at the molecular level of the active layer is required. In this study, we generated a uniform thin film-like active layer based on a crystallization-driven polymer assembly that can be solution-processed using a non-halogenated solvent. Through transmission electron microscopy, we identified one-dimensional nanowires with p-n nano heterojunctions in the active layer. This nanowire-based thin film morphology had a regular arrangement and orientation, which significantly contributed to the efficiency improvement of the all-polymer solar cell and ensured its photostability.
