초록

내용
Thread lifting is one of the most common minimally invasive options in facial rejuvenation procedures. ‘Lifting thread’, currently used as cosmetic surgical thread, is a absorbable suture that is inserted subcutaneously to pull sagging skin, removing wrinkles. It also induces biological response from the skin tissue to form collagen capsule and express myofibroblastic cells around the suture to complement aged tissue, ultimately showing anti-aging response of preventing sagging of skin and enhancing skin elasticity.

The purpose of this study was an evaluation of the efficacy of the polydioxanone(PDO) and poly(lactic acid-co-ε-caprolactone)(PLCL) threads: the combination of the cog type using divided precision molds. The differential scanning calorimetry(DSC), X-ray diffraction (XRD), tensile strength tester and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) were used to investigate the physicochemical characteristics
