Perovskite solar cells (PSCs) have the critical obstacles i.e inert gas condition and anti-solvent process, for the commercialization despite of its outstanding power conversion efficiency(PCE). We fabricated the perovskite films using the vacuum assisted process, an effective solvent removal method, under ambient air. We introduced the ammonium salt(NH4X,X=I,Cl,SCN) additives to increase the moisture resistance in the air because the NH4+ ion interacts with the moisture instead of the perovskite precursors. At the optimum condition, we obtained the improved device performance with NH4I(19.80%), NH4Cl(18.80%), NH4SCN(18.56%), compared to the control(17.96%). Furthermore, we took in-situ GIWAXS (Grazing Incidence Wide Angle X-ray Scattering) to examine the moisture resistant effect of ammonium salt during formation of perovskite crystal and exposure in the air condition.
