Polyurethane is widely utilized in diverse industries due to its exceptional mechanical properties; however, recycling cross-linked structures remains challenging. The advent of vitrimers with dynamic cross-linking networks presented a potential solution, yet most research focused on physical reshaping. To address this limitation, our study introduces a chemically cleavable functional group into dynamic crosslinking polyurethane and its composites, enabling chemical recycling. Our research explores chemically decomposable urethane-based carbon nanotube (CNT) composites, aiming to propose sustainable multifunctional materials that can be recycled through various routes.
