Application of the passivation effect of functionalized parylenes at perovskite solar cells.

Passivation parylene thin films using CVD are introduced on the perovskite layer to increase stability and electrical properties. The deposition of the functional group parylenes on the perovskite are demostrated by making a si-wafer substrate as a control sample. Each thin film is classified through XPS narrow scan. In addition, the thickness of the thin films deposited on the perovskite are confirmed through a Tof-SIMS depth profile. Finally, perovskite solar cells with a passivation parylene thin film are fabricated and the electrochemical performances are confirmed.
