Undesirable electromagnetic pollution interfered with the operation of electronic equipment and integrated devices. In this regard, considerable research has been focused on the development of high-performance electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding materials. In this study, due to its unique structure and excellent electrical conductivity, carbon nanotubes (CNTs) and reduced graphene oxides (rGO) were hybridized and used. Amino-terminated CNT and exfoliated graphene oxide were reacted to form covalent bonds with CNT and graphene oxide. Epoxy composites were prepared by reducing hybrid fillers to HI and impregnating epoxy solutions. The addition of a small amount of CNT can efficiently increase the electrical conductivity of rGO, and the composite with 15 wt% of a hybrid filler composed of rGO/CNT showed the highest shielding efficiency. We also investigated the morphology of hybrid fillers and composites at various hybrid filler ratios.
