We have fabricated the geometrically well programmed patch gold nanoparticle by adopting tetrahedral DNA origami structure. Specific single stranded DNA called linker DNA is used to detach gold nanoparticle from the DNA origami structure and gives DNA patch to gold nanoparticle. We designed this linker DNA's patch region as palindromic sequence, so that gold nanoparticles can self assemble by themselves. These self-assembled gold nanoparticles can crystallize in a specific order because of its geometrically well programmed patch.
