Herein, we fabricated MIL-88A-derived Fe3C-integrated electrospun porous carbon nanofiber mats using PAN/PMMA polymer through the electrospinning technique for the outside growth of Fe-MOFs.The calcination technique converted Fe-MOFs into Fe2O3/NPC without altering nanorod morphology. The prepared electrode materials exhibit excellent performance within the −1 to 0 V potential range. The optimized electrode shows high specific capacitance (531 F g–1 at 1 A g–1) and excellent cycling stability (>90% retention after 20,000 cycles). The assembled symmetric supercapacitor displays an energy density of 21.6 Wh kg–1 at 499.05 W kg–1 power density, with excellent cycling stability (20000 cycles at 20 A g–1), confirms the prepared electrode's practical feasibility in energy storage systems.
