We studied the effects of double and single bonds in long-chain alkylamine ligands in an antisolvent-free process which is based on 2-Methoxyethanol for high efficiency perovskite solar cells. To observe the effects of double and single bonds, we used ODA (octadecylamine) consisting of only single bonds and OAm (oleyamine) containing a double bond as additives in the perovskite precursors. In the case of ODA, the provskite film showed a preferential ordering of crystals in the vertical direction. On the other hand, perovskite films with OAm showed less preferential ordering compared to films with ODA. To understand the initial growth mode of films, we measured in-situ GIWAXS (Grazing Incident Wide Angle X-ray Scattering) data during spin coating process for film formation. Additionally, we fabricated the p-i-n structured solar cell devices with ODA or OAm and compared the device performance with the film properties.
