For the air-processed anti-solvent-free perovskite solar cell, we adopted two additives, OAm(Oleylamine) and NH4Cl. OAm is known as a linker molecule for preferential ordering of perovskite grains, and we expect a surface passivation effect due to the hydrophobic alkyl chains. NH4Cl has been used as an additive to induce large grain growth of perovskite films. In this work, we applied both OAm and NH4Cl to expect synergistic effects. To understand the effect, we conducted X-ray measurements. When using only OAm, vertically oriented (100) crystals were grown. With only NH4Cl, the X-ray data were similar to the pristine film. However, when we applied both, we observed large grain with (100) preferential ordering. As an anti-solvent-free process, we used vacuum flash for solvent evaporation. With this method, we could obtain an efficiency of 19.3%(Cs0.175FA0.75MA0.075Pb(I0.875Br0.125)3, p-i-n structure device) in ambient air.
