Study on the synthesis and adhesion properties of acrylic tackifiers according to CTA contents

In this study, we synthesized an emulsion tackifier according to the content of the chain transter agent and added to the emulsion PSA to investigate the adhesive strength according to the time change and heat resistance. The molecular weight was controlled using AMSD(α-Methylstyrene dimer) as a chain transter agent, and the molecular structure was confirmed by using FT-IR, and the molecular weight according to the content of the molecular weight modifier was confirmed through GPC. It was confirmed whether the target glass transition temperature was reached through DSC. In addition, by measuring the 180˚ peel strength through UTM, the adhesive strength according to the change time was confirmed, and the heat-resistant cohesiveness was evaluated in the oven.
