Hole Transport Layers (HTLs) are essential layers between electrodes and active layers in Organic Solar Cells (OSCs). PEDOT:PSS is one of the most commonly used materials, composed of PEDOT and PSS. Although it has smooth morphology and deep work function, it has a rigid property because of the high crystallinity. Therefore, we synthesized the Conjugated Polyelectrolyte (CPE) based CPEK-90 block-copolymer composed of CPE-K and PDCA units ratio of 90:10. PDCA can improve the stretchability of PEDOT:PSS, enabling noncovalent bonding between PEDOT:PSS and PDCA. First, we investigated sheet resistance change (R/RO) during the film cycle test. When CPEK-90 added 30wt% in PEDOT:PSS, R/RO increased only 18% compared with 153% increase in only PEDOT:PSS film. And then, we fabricated rigid devices and the power conversion efficiency (PCE) decreased within 10% compared with only PEDOT:PSS device. Although CPEK-90 slightly decreases the PCE, it can improve stretchability well.
