We introduce a multi-structured, transparent, and flexible optical films designed for foldable cover windows. Our study focused on analyzing the bending behavior of these multi-structured cover window films. The unique design of these structures not only improves bending characteristics but also maintains the protective properties found in single hard cover window films. Through rigorous testing, we demonstrated the bending stiffness at various points (depth and width), as well as a reliable bending test at 1.4 times the bending radius for over 200,000 cycles. Additionally, mechanical tests confirmed the film's variable mechanical stability, showcasing the flexibility and robustness of the cover window samples.
