초록

내용
Acrylic Pressure-Sensitive Adhesives (PSAs) are prevalent across diverse sectors due to their superior optical clarity and robust chemical resilience. The characteristics of acrylic PSAs modulate their viscoelasticity, subsequently influencing their adhesions. This study elucidates the adhesive attributes and rheological patterns contingent on the prepolymer's viscosity and the acrylic acid content. A rheometer facilitated the assessment of the PSAs' rheological demeanor, while a texture analyzer gauged their adhesive capabilities. Notably, an escalation in viscosity and Tg led to a decline in creep compliance and an upswing in the storage modulus. Concurrently, the probe tack force of PSAs exhibited a diminishing trend with rising viscosity and Tg. Conversely, both peel strength and lap shear strength amplified with increasing viscosity and Tg. This research offers insights into the optimal compositional and viscosity parameters to enhance the adhesive efficacy of acrylic PSAs.
